What versions of 1C does the integration work with?

We support all popular configurations on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform: “Accounting for Uzbekistan”, “Vehicle Transport Management (UAT)”, “Trade Management”, “ERP Enterprise Management”.

Is it difficult to set up? Do I need to call a programmer?

Is it possible to officially write off fuel based on GPS data?

Yes. According to the law, you have the right to write off fuel and lubricants after the fact if the enterprise has issued an order and approved standards based on data from the monitoring system. Wialon reports are a legal basis.

What happens if the driver turns off the tracker?

Data for this period will not be included in 1C (mileage will be zero). The accountant will immediately see a “hole” in the accounting and will not be able to pay the driver’s salary until he writes an explanatory note. This is a great way to discipline the staff.

Are data on fuel card refuelings transmitted?

Yes. We can set up reconciliation: data from the fuel supplier (for example, UNG Petro or Lukoil) is loaded into 1C and automatically verified with data from the fuel level sensor in the tank. If there is a discrepancy, the system will show “Underfilling” or “Cash Out”.

Is it possible to modify the module to suit our specific needs?

Yes. If you have a custom or heavily modified 1C configuration, our developers can adapt the exchange module to your unique directories and documents.

How much does integration cost?

This is usually a one-time payment for setting up the exchange module. Then you use it for free as part of the subscription fee for monitoring. For large ERP projects (SAP), the cost is calculated individually according to the technical specifications.
