We work with any type of suspension typical for the vehicle fleet of Uzbekistan:\n\n• Pneumatic (Euro-trucks): We connect to standard pressure sensors or embed our digital pressure gauges into air springs. This gives the highest accuracy of weight measurement (error up to 2-3%).\n• Leaf spring (Chinese dump trucks): We install strain gauges on axles (relevant for Shacman, Howo, Kamaz). They react to micro-deformation of the metal under the weight of the load, allowing you to see the overload even on a rigid suspension.

Yes, definitely. We carry out a calibration procedure: we load the car with a reference weight (we drive an empty, half-empty and full car through certified scales) in order to “train” the system to understand the voltage of the sensors.
It's very difficult. Sensors and control units are sealed, and cables are laid covertly. Any interference (wire break, short circuit) is immediately visible in the program as an error or a sharp jump in weight.
On light commercial vehicles with spring suspension, the accuracy is lower than on pneumatic ones. However, we can install suspension movement sensors that will record the fact of loading and the relative weight (empty/full/overload).
Yes, metal and air change properties depending on temperature. But our controllers have a temperature compensation algorithm that automatically makes adjustments, minimizing the error in hot and cold weather.
For air suspension, the error is 2-3% of the total weight. For spring - about 3-5%. This is enough to avoid a fine and control the load.
Yes. We can display the data on a separate display on the dashboard or in a mobile application on the driver’s phone. He doesn't need to run to the weighmaster.
