Fuel is money, not a driver’s “bonus”

In the transport business of Uzbekistan, costs for fuels and lubricants amount to up to 50% of the budget. The standard arrow on the instrument panel (Isuzu, Kamaz, MAN) shows “weather”, not liters, and will never show night drainage when parked.\n\nWe turn the fuel tank into a transparent safe. High-precision tank calibration (Calibration)

Installing the sensor is 30% of the work. The main thing is to correctly configure the “brains” of the system.\n\nWe carry out the procedure for filling (taring) the tank:\n1. Completely drain the remaining fuel.\n2. Fill the fuel in measured portions (for example, 10-20 liters) from 0 to 100%.\n3. We create an individual calibration table for each tank.\n\nThis eliminates errors due to dents, complex tank geometry (on special equipment) or tilt. As a result, you get 99% accuracy, unattainable with factory floats.

How do they steal fuel without an FLS?

Without digital control, drivers use dozens of enrichment schemes at your expense:

Draining the tank

Trivial theft with a hose in a parking lot or in a 'blind spot'.

"Left" checks

The driver buys a check for 200 liters and fills up with 150. He shares the difference with the gas station cashier.

Return drain

Inserting a tee into the fuel line. Fuel drips into the canister while driving.

Underfilling at the gas station

Questions about this service

Do I need to drill the tank?

Yes. We make a technological hole with a diameter of 3-4 cm. After installing the sensor, the installation site is sealed with oil-resistant gaskets. The tank will not leak, there will be no diesel smell.

Is it possible to deceive the FLS?

Difficult. We seal the sensor itself, the connection chip and the return line. Any intervention (power outage, pouring boiling water, shock) is recorded in the system as a “Sabotage” event.

Does this work with methane (gas)?

No. FLS is intended only for liquid fuel (diesel, gasoline). For methane, we install gas pressure sensors in the high pressure line.

How to deal with theft through “return”?

The FLS shows a sharp drop in fuel level that does not correspond to engine consumption. If the graph goes down too quickly, it is a drain (standing or on the move). The dispatcher sees this immediately.

How long does installation and calibration take?

Installation and “filling” of one tank takes from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the volume (for example, it takes longer to tare a 600 liter tank than 200).

Can it be placed on plastic tanks?

Yes. The installation technology allows the sensor to be securely mounted on plastic tanks of modern tractors (John Deere, Claas) without the risk of cracks.

What is the warranty for the sensor?
