Does the signal penetrate through the metal walls of the container?

Metal shields the signal. We put the tracker outside on a magnet, or inside by the sealing rubbers or ventilation openings.

Are trackers allowed during air transportation (Air Cargo)?

Yes. Our devices have an 'In flight' mode. They turn off transmission during takeoff and turn it on after landing, complying with IATA rules.

How quickly to install the device?

Trackers are equipped with powerful magnets. Installation takes 5 seconds — simply attach it to the wall in an inconspicuous place.

What happens if the battery runs out on the way?

You see the charge in the application. Batteries are enough for 3000-5000 messages (several years of work with a standard setting).

Does the tracker work at sea?

In the open sea, data is written into the 'black box'. As soon as the vessel approaches the port and a network appears, the entire route is uploaded.

Can the device be used repeatedly?

Yes. You can remove the tracker after arrival in Tashkent and send it by mail back or use it for the next trip.

Will this help in disputes with the carrier?
