Control of axial load and “left” loads

How do you know that the driver has taken a passing load if he does not speak? We connect to the tractor's air suspension or install axle load sensors. In the Wialon system you see a weight graph. If the car left empty from Tashkent, and in Jizzakh the weight sharply increased by 10 tons, this is 100% proof of a “left” flight. It also helps avoid hefty fines for overloading on weight control frames.

Yes. Our GPS terminals support multi-SIM mode. When crossing the border, the device automatically switches to the required operator. Data is transmitted without delay, and the traffic cost is optimized for international transportation.

Is it possible to connect to the CAN bus of new Volvo/MAN/DAF without losing the warranty?

Of course. We use non-contact readers (FMS gateways) that are put on the wires without damaging the insulation. This is completely safe and approved by dealers — the warranty on the tractor is preserved.

How to control methane (gas) tractors?

We install digital gas pressure sensors in the high-pressure line. The system converts atmospheres into cubic meters/liters. You will see the real volume of refueling at the CNG filling station (excluding underfilling) and the gas consumption by the engine.

How to deal with siphoning through the 'return line'?

This is a common problem on old cars. We install fuel consumption sensors (flow meters) of the differential type: one for the feed, the second for the return. The system counts the difference — that is, what was actually burned in the cylinders. It becomes physically impossible to siphon fuel unnoticed.

Can the cargo temperature be seen in the driver's cab?

Yes. We can output the thermal sensor readings to an additional screen in the cab or to the driver's smartphone. But the main thing is that this data is seen by the dispatcher and the customer of the transportation.

Does the system see that the trailer has been uncoupled?

Yes. We install an identification tag on the semi-trailer. If the tractor uncoupled the refrigerator (for example, left it in the parking lot and drove away on its own business), the system will send a 'Trailer uncoupled' notification with the coordinates of the place.

Is there integration with transport exchanges or 1C?

Yes, Wialon has an open API. We can set up data transfer (coordinates, mileage, fuel) to your 1C:Motor Transport Management or other logistics programs for automatic calculation of the cost of the trip.

How to monitor the labor and rest regime (AETR)?

We can connect to a digital tachograph and remotely upload DDD files of driver cards. This allows the dispatcher to see how many hours the driver was driving and how many he was resting to avoid fines in Europe.
