Is it possible to fool the sensor?

The sensor responds to changes in position in space. It is impossible to simulate the operation of a bucket manually (you need amplitude and time). The system easily distinguishes real work from simulation.

Does installation affect the warranty of special equipment?

No. Wireless sensors do not require an electrical connection to the equipment at all. They are self-contained and simply attach to the body. Dealers (XCMG, Sany, Caterpillar) have no complaints about such equipment.
