How it works: The equipment works in a quarry or desert, recording all the data: fuel consumption, engine operation, body lifts. Upload: As soon as the vehicle returns to the base, rotational camp or enters the GSM zone, the device automatically uploads the entire accumulated history to Wialon. Not a single liter of fuel and not a single engine hour will be lost.
Control of diesel generators (DGS)
On industrial construction sites where there is no power line, the life of the facility depends on generators. This is a “black hole” for fuel - consumption can reach tons per day. We install high-precision FLS and engine speed sensors on diesel generator sets of any power (AKSA, Perkins, Cummins). This provides an accurate accounting of: How much electricity is generated (running time). How much fuel is actually consumed (l/hour). Have there been any drains from the generator tank? Savings reach 30-50% already in the first month of operation.
