How to control body lift on Chinese dump trucks (Shacman, Howo)?

We install reliable angle sensors. They are sealed and work even in mud. The system records not only the fact of lifting, but also the place on the map where it happened.

Does the system see vibration on the roller?

Yes. We connect to the roller's electronics or install a vibration sensor. In the report, you will see two types of mileage: 'Transport' (without vibration) and 'Working' (with vibration). This is important for Technical Supervision.

Is it possible to control the temperature of the asphalt in the body?

Yes, we install thermal sensors in the dump truck body. You will see the cooling graph of the mixture on the way. If the driver stops for lunch and the asphalt cools below the norm (+130°C), the system will send a notification of the risk of scrap.

Will this help when submitting the facility to Technical Supervision?

Absolutely. You will be able to provide inspectors with digital tracks, heat maps of roller passes and reports on compliance with the paver's speed mode. This removes questions about the quality of hidden works.

How to deal with drivers who sell diesel?

Road equipment consumes a lot of fuel. We install high-precision fuel level sensors (FLS). Any drain (even 5-10 liters) will be fixed. Practice shows that fuel savings reach 25% in the first month.

Do the sensors withstand contact with hot asphalt and bitumen?

Yes. For asphalt pavers and bitumen sprayers, we use heat-resistant cables and sensors in protective cases, designed for aggressive environments and high temperatures of the Uzbek summer.

Is it possible to count the number of trips automatically?

Yes. You don't need to count the trips manually. You create geofences 'Quarry' (Loading) and 'Object' (Unloading). The system will count how many full cycles each machine made per shift.

Does the system work with Wirtgen planers and Vogele pavers?
