How to track a wagon if it has no electricity?

We use autonomous beacons with powerful batteries. They 'wake up' on schedule, send a point and 'fall asleep' again. The charge lasts for 3-5 years.

How accurate are the fuel sensors on a locomotive?

We install at least 2 (and often 4) sensors diagonally and use filtering algorithms. This gives an accuracy of 98-99%, despite shaking and splashing.

Does the system work in tunnels (Kamchik pass)?

In the tunnel, data is saved in the 'black box'. As soon as the train leaves, the track is uploaded. LBS positioning is also used.

Is it possible to control the temperature in the refrigerated section?

Yes. We install wireless thermal sensors inside the thermovessel car. You will receive a notification when the temperature goes outside the norm.

How to protect equipment from vandals?

We use anti-vandal metal casings, armored cables and hidden installation. It is impossible to tear off the sensor without special tools.

Does the system see shunting operations?

Yes. The high frequency of satellite polling allows you to draw a detailed track even when moving 'forward and backward' on the plant territory.

Will this help reduce fines for wagon downtime?

Yes. You will have digital evidence: when the wagon arrived at the station and when it was submitted for unloading. This is the main argument in disputes.
