Training the specialists of the future

The SPACE Academy focuses on strengthening Azerbaijan's position in the space industry: training talent, supporting research, promoting space education and expanding international cooperation. Initiatives include the CanSat Azerbaijan model satellite competition, a remote sensing competition, World Space Week events, NASA Space Apps Azerbaijan, ActInSpace and the 'Essentials in Space Medicine' program.

Technology only works as long as there are specialists able to develop it. The SPACE Academy trains such talent systematically: from school olympiads and competitions like CanSat Azerbaijan to summer and winter schools, scholarships, internships and professional training.
